HELLO! MY NAME IS CLINTON SIMMONS AND I AM IN NEED OF HELP, I AHVE TOOTH ACHS ALL THE TIME AND I RECENTLY AM GOING THROUGH A DIVORCE AND BEING FORCED OUT OF HOME TO LIVE WITH AUNT. I AM ON UNIMPLOYMENT IN SEARCH OF JOB AND I HAVE FROMT TEETH PROBLEMS AND BACK TOO I REALY WOULDF LIKE TO SET SOMETHING UP PLEASE
